Many hours have been spent on National Adoption Month. Yes, there have been meetings and sporting events and our typical craziness but we are all hoping and praying for these kids that have been trusted to us to present to you. Remember that family is not defined only by last names or by blood… It’s defined by commitment, involvement and love. It is about being there for someone. It is about having someone’s back. It’s about instruction and guidance. It’s about caring. It’s about having a presence. It means choosing to love each other even on the days when you struggle to like each other. It’s about counting to 10 a lot! Trust me when I tell you that! It is about never, ever ever giving up on someone! That is what the 30 kids that I am posting in November are hoping for. That someone will care. Right now this is my focus. All of you cannot adopt but all of you can help us by reposting and buy purchasing one of our T-shirts. Tag me in your post!
